Infection - immediate investigation warranted.
Sudden onset severe neck pain with use of anticoagulant and/or bleeding diagnosis AND localized pain on percussion
Spinal sub/epidural hematoma
Upper motor neuron signs - upgoing toes, hyperreflexia AND ataxia AND/OR difficulty with hands
Myelopathy - damage to spinal cord
Upper motor neuron signs - Myelopathy (Very concerned)
Upper motor neuron signs AND bladder difficulty
