what is a personal specification?
it is what the business provides candidates with before they apply
informs them of what skills and qualifications they need to be bale to apply for the job
what is a job description?
a description of the job that needs filling
gives the future employees and understanding of what the job available is all about.

1) preparation- identify what jobs needs filling in
2) finding possible candidates- various methods(advertising)
3) selection- interviews and other selection processes to choose best person
4) induction- introducing the selected candidates to the business
