Bind to dopamin, noradrenaline and serotonin
Taken up into neurone
More neurotransmitte in neurone
Causes increase release of dopamine and noradrenaline

Seizures
Coma
Tachy and hypertension
Palpitations
Flushed facial skin
Hyperreflexia

A

Activated charcoal (within 1 hour)
Oral sedation if agitated
Sodium bicarbonate if hyperthermia
