Most common mutations which occur due to the alteration of single pairs of nucleotides

Whats the difference between point mutations and larger mutations.
A
Larger mutations= less common, occur when there are insertions, deletions, inversions, dulications and translocations of nucleotide sequences.

What are spontaneous mutations ?
A
Caused without the external agents. Can stem from DNA replication.
