Hallmak of pulmonary arterial hypetension?
A
The hallmark of pulmonary arterial hypertension is a discrepancy in size between the central pulmonary vascu- lature (i.e., the main, right, and left pulmonary arteries are large) and the peripheral pulmonary vasculature. This dis- crepancy is called pruning.
