Recap Flashcards

1
Q

A

Microcytic, hypochromic, non-regenerative, fragmentation morphologies, and 50 % of the time reactive thrombocytosis.

Q

IMHA DX

A

Usually sever, very regenerative anemia with a lot polychormiatophils (reticulocytes-macrocytic and hypochromic), spherocytes, can have inflammatory leukogram, micr/macroagglutination, possibly ghost cells

Give prednisole and possibly blood transfusion IMMEDIATELY
