- Crew Oxygen Masks - DON
2. Crew Communication - ESTABLISH
Emergency Descent
- Power Levers - FLT IDLE
- Airspeed - Vmo OR 200KIAS Whichever is lesser
- Landing Gear - DOWN
- Condition Levers - MAX RPM
Advance the condition levers steadily and continuously
Auxilary Power Unit Fire
- APU SHUTOFF/ EXTG Switch - CLOSED
APU Start Contactor Light Illuminated Above 50% (APU Garret) Or 70% RPM ( APU Sundstrand)
- APU STOP Button - PRESS
2. APU MASTER Switch - OFF
Battery Overheat
- PWR SELECT Switch - OFF
Engine Failure
Identify the affected engine and proceed :
- Power Lever - FLT IDLE
- Condition Lever - FEATHER, THEN CHECK
In case no feathering is observed:
- ELEC FEATHER Switch - ON, THEN CHECK
PROPELLER FEATHERING
Engine Fire In Flight
Identify the affected engine and proceed:
- Power Lever - FLT IDLE
- Condition Lever - FEATHER, THEN CHECK
In case no feathering is observed:
- ELEC FEATHER Switch - ON, THEN CHECK
PROPELLER FEATHERING
After propeller feathering if fire is confirmed or warning remains:
- Condition Lever - FUEL CUT OFF
- FIRE HANDLE - SQUEEZE AND PULL
(DO NOT ROTATE)
Engine Fire On Ground
Identify the affected engine and proceed:
- Condition Lever - FUEL CUT OFF
- FIRE HANDLE - SQUEEZE AND PULL
- Extinguishing Agents - USE AS REQUIRED
- ATC - NOTIFY
Flight With All Engines Inoperative
- Airspeed - Vfs
8000 - 126 9000 - 132 10000 - 138 11000 - 144 12000 - 150
Propeller Overspeed
- Power Lever ( Affected Engine) - FLT IDLE
- Condition Lever ( Affected Engine) - FEATHER
- Flaps - 15*
- Airspeed - 125 KIAS MINIMUM
Ignition Light On After 50% Nh
- Condition Lever (On ground) - FUEL CUT OFF
- Start Switch - ABORT
If IGNITION light remains:
- Electrical Emergency Transfer Switch - EMERG
- BUS TIE 1 and 2 Switches - OFF
- APU Generator - OFF
Inadvertent Propeller Feathering
Identify the affected engine and proceed:
- Power Lever - FLT IDLE
- Condition Lever - FEATHER
- AUTO FEATHER Switch - OFF
- Engine Parameters - CHECK
Cabin Fire Or Smoke
- Crew Oxygen Masks - DON, SELECT 100%
- Re- circulation And Gasper Fans - OFF
- Smoke Goggles - DON
- Crew Communication - ESTABLISH
Class-B Baggage Compartment Fire Or Smoke
- Cabin Re-Circulation Fans - OFF
- Gasper Fans - OFF
- Cabin Attendant or First Officer - Discharge
Extinguishers - Aural Warnings - RESET
- Land The Aircraft As Soon As Possible
Electric Trim Runaway
- Elevator Trim Wheel - HOLD
- AP/TRIM/PUSHER DISC Switch - PRESS AND HOLD
- Autopilot Transfer Switch - PRESS
Jammed Aileron
- Yoke - HOLD
- Autopilot - DISENGAGE
- Aileron Disconnect - SQUEEZE AND PULL
Jammed Elevator
- Yoke - HOLD
- Autopilot - DISENGAGE
- Elevator Disconnect - SQUEEZE AND PULL
Landing Gear Cannot Be Moved To Up After Takeoff
- DOWNLOCK REL Button - PRESS
2. Landing Gear Lever - UP
Windshield Overheat
- Respective Windshield Switch - OFF
Icing Condition Low Speed Light Illuminated
- Airspeed - ABOVE 165 KIAS
- Leading Edge Deicers Switch - CHECK TIMER 1 OR
TIMER 2
Passenger Evacuation
- Parking Brake - APPLY
- ATC - NOTIFY
- Engines And APU - SHUTDOWN
- Cabin - DEPRESSURISE
- Fire Handles - PULL
- Extinguishers Agents ( if necessary) - DISCHARGE
- Emergency Lights - ON
- Evacuation (Proper Side) - INITIATE
- Backup Battery/PWR SELECT Switch - OFF
