• Autopilot…………………….Disengage
• TO/GA switch………………Push
• Max thrust…………………..Aggressively apply
• Autothrottle…………………Disengage
• Roll wings level and rotate to initial 15°
• Speedbrake………………….Retract
• Follow flight director TO/GA guidance

Automatic Flight
• TO/GA switch………………Push
• Verify TO/GA mode annunciation
• Verify GA thrust
• Speedbrake…………………Retract
• Monitor system performance

Manual or Automatic Flight
• Do not change flap or gear configuration until out of windshear
• Maintain wings level to maximize climb gradient, unless a turn is required for obstacle clearance
• Monitor vertical speed and altitude
• Do not attempt to regain lost airspeed until out of the windshear
