  1. Monoarthritis or oligoarthritis of a large joint or multiple joint occurs usually the knee
  2. Triggering infection by Campylobacter or Salmonella, can be identified in up to 50% of cases
  3. Reiter’s syndrome may be found
  4. Viral infections
