Right in the middle. This is due to the fact that is can be used for a quick meal, and a more casual sit-down meal.
What kind of wines are offered in Casual Dining restaurants? What kind of staff training could be expected in these establishments?
More in the mid-price to premium price range. The wines are generally picked for a specific pairing.
The staff will also be sufficiently trained on how to advise guest on which wines to pick based on price, taste and food pairings.

Very Important. So important that the Restaurant usually has one or more sommeliers on staff, and all the staff receives training on a regular basis.
