encephalitis subacute sclerosis for panencephalitis convulsions pneumonia - immediately keratoconjunctivitis diarrhoea appendicitis myocarditis
Management:
Immediate MMR for non immunised children

In very young eczema can effect flexural surfaces
Management:
Emolients
Topical Steroids (30 minutes after giving emolients)
If severe - wet wraps and oral ciclosporin
palpable purpuric rash on lower limbs
recent sore throat
arthritis
Henoch-schonlein purpura
- IgA mediated small vessel vasculitis
Mx- Analgaesia
