Biphasic

release of cell components from NHL/Acute Leukemia and SLCL and leads to Renal Failure, Hypercalcemia, Death

Treatment - Alkalize urine, allopurinol + Rasburicase, Kayexelate, Hydration and watch electrolytes

New onset backpain in cancer thats worse with cough and valsalva. Can awakens ppl up at night. can have or not have neuro symptoms.

weakness/ataxia/dysautonomia

MRI Spine and then either radiate lesion or surgery
