- MORAL COURAGE: Do what you believe to be right, not compromising your values, regardless of personal cost
- HONESTY: Word must be bond if you are to be relied upon
- RESPONSIBILITY: Being accountable for your duties - even if something is not your fault it can still be your
- JUSTICE: Being fair in the way you treat people (important in leadership)

- LOYALTY: Being there for your team mates - leaders eat last
- COMMITMENT: As a leader you have a responsibility to make extra hours in the day for your team

SELF-DISCIPLINE: Not indulging into your emotions - that voice inside everyone

What does leadership mean?
RAF: Not solely the preserve of command; setting an example - like Einstein said - is the only way to influence
Personal: Leaders eat last;
Lead means go first. The person that rushes head first into the unknown and put their own interests aside to protect us or pull us into the future. They would sacrifice what is theirs to save what is ours and never vise versa. (Simon Senek)
