Q

What does leadership mean?

A

RAF: Not solely the preserve of command; setting an example - like Einstein said - is the only way to influence

Personal: Leaders eat last;
Lead means go first. The person that rushes head first into the unknown and put their own interests aside to protect us or pull us into the future. They would sacrifice what is theirs to save what is ours and never vise versa. (Simon Senek)
