A
  • Breakfast
  • Break down into syndicates
  • Commence exercise phase (group discussion// group planning ex)
  • Exercises that assess leadership potential (hangar familiarisation// leaderless exercise// command situation
  • Lunch
  • Individual planning ex
  • OASC staff review performances before deciding who will continue
    (may also take part in a hearing test while others do individual planning ex)
