- Breakfast
- Break down into syndicates
- Commence exercise phase (group discussion// group planning ex)
- Exercises that assess leadership potential (hangar familiarisation// leaderless exercise// command situation
- Lunch
- Individual planning ex
- OASC staff review performances before deciding who will continue
(may also take part in a hearing test while others do individual planning ex)
