Will pulling the HYD circuit breaker turn off the hydraulics?
No, electrical power is required to switch hydraulics off. Pulling HYD circuit breaker will NOT turn off hydraulics but will DISABLE the HYD switch
If master battery switch is on, is the starter button active?
Yes, even if ignition is off, starter button is on if the master battery is on. Rotor break should be engaged after shutdown to disable starter button so you do not unintentionally start the engine
