Patient presents with a deviation of his left eye downwards and outwards.
His left eyelid is also drooping, he struggles to open it fully.

Patient presents with double vision when she looks down and inwards, she has a head tilt towards the left hand side.

Right side, as head tilts away from the side of the lesion
Patient presents with numbness in the right side of his face, when he opens his mouth his jaw deviates to the right side.

CN V - trigeminal
Right side, jaw deviates to affected side
Patient presents with horizontal double vision, her left eye is deviated inwardly.

OE you see the tongue deviates the to the left side.
