Indulgences are what you get when you give to the church which then lessens the time yourself or your family has to spend in purgatory.

- Can say prayers for the church, the virgin Mary, and saints for eucharist.

- Bury the dead.
What is purgatory?
Before you go to heaven, you go to purgatory where you are cleansed of your sins. (You could be in purgatory for 1000000’s of years.)
