tea A- create teas
tea B- add ons/finishing touches
smoothie A- create blended drinks
smoothie B- completing/blending drinks
pass out station- passing out completed orders to correct guest, ensuring all drinks are presentable
BOH cook- prepares tea, boba, fries, chicken, etc
Floater- fills in where needed (usually manager)

register- washing blenders and shakers, lobby checks every 15 mins
tea A- refilling teas, juices, cups, and ice
tea B- refilling fruit and lids
smoothie A- refilling powder, juices, and ice
smoothie B- refilling fruits, lids, and cups
pass out station- refilling napkin dispensers, straws, skewers, etc
BOH cook- restock tea fridge, add on-prep, refill necessary items
Floater- fills in where needed (usually manager)

every 15 mins:
- check trashcans, empty as needed
- clean all glass surfaces, windows, and window sills
- clean restroom (sinks, fixtures, toilet, mirror, floors, and trashcans)
- greet and help customers
- inspect floors and sweep/mop as needed
-pick up trash
- wipe down and reorganize tables
how often should you wipe down high contact surfaces
clean as you go (upon completed usage) and after completed drink
FIFO
first in first out (older juices/products to be used first, put in the front of the fridges)
tastea walk
customer experience, friendliness and greeting
detailed cleaning vs clean as you go
detailed- during down time: bleaching drains, martini shakers, blenders, toilets, contaminated sinks, window sills, or grout lines
- sweeping and mopping under fridges
- wiping down inside fridge doors, stainless steel doors and surfaces, glass door and window panels
vs clean as you go: wipe down any spills or liquids after completion of drinks + rinsing martini shakers/blenders after use
specialteas vs simpliciteas
specials are fruit flavored teas that come with add ons, and simpliciteas are made with little ingredients (tea is dominant flavor), don’t come with add ons
shaken or stirred?
specialteas are shaken with ice, simpliciteas are stirred (except for great white, it has fruit juice)
