Treatment with ABVD

Painless, multiple sites, no pain after alcohol

High grade -

Diffuse large B cell
Mantle cell (11:14)
Indolent -
follicular, marginal zone, small lymphocytic

Adult T cell leukaemia/lymphoma = HTLV-1
Coeliac = EATL
Cutaneous T cell lymphoma = mycosis fungoides
