Inversion

A

You invert the subject pronoun and the verb. Add a hyphen between.

Example: Vous parlez –> Parlez-vous…?

It is formal.

A

You add the proper noun before the verb.

And if a verb ends in vowel and subject pronoun starts with one, add a “t” in between and hyphenate.

Example: Nina dessine –> Nina dessine-t-elle?
