Bicknell (2004)- used questionnaires to investigate parents’ contribution to the education of their mathematically gifted children.
Representativeness
Allows the researcher to collect information from a large number of people
Interpretivists
The detached nature of questionnaires and the lack of close contact means that the respondents are interpreting the questions in the same way as the researcher
