I rapidly shut my eyes, longing for escape. My mind was flooded with the jubilance of the crisp morning. A gentle melody of birding chirping, singing and children giggling faintly in the distance. The fresh breeze cradling my rosy cheeks, the slight sting disappearing as I buried my face into my silky indigo scarf.
