Antiphospholipid syndrome - what dermatological sign ?
Livedo reticularis
(Mottled, lace-like rash usually found on lower limbs)

Cyclophosphamide - every 2 or 3 weeks
Treatment of RA whilst pregnant
Hydroxychloroquine and Sulfasalazine with Folic Acid

Fracture of femur + early persistent tachycardia, tachypnoea, hypoxia (72 h following injury), petechial rash, confusion and retinal haemorrhage
