ISO 9000
ISO 9000 is a standard focussed on quality management systems.
8 Principles: Customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, CI, factual approach to decision making, mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
Required documentation: Policy & objectives, Specifications & procedures, Records of work done and quality achieved.
Audits are required:
