Activities that ensure the output quality standard is delivered
List 3 differences between Quality Control and Quality Assurance
Process:
Control - inspections, measurement and testing
assurance - Processes and procedures, training and feedback
Time:
Control - during the deployment phase and before handover
Assurance - during the definition phase
Approach:
Control - is not flexible it is a pass or a fail but it offers the opportunity to follow up.
Assurance - Is flexible some aspects could be achieved whilst others need further development.
