What is the scope of QA
- conduct internal / external audit

Explain the significance of QA and QC
QA/QC helps to maintain a good reputation of the organization/ brand. With the supply of high-quality and consistent products, consumers will gain confidence and thereby promote business sustainability in the long run via support of brand loyalty. Contaminated/defective products may cause harm to human health, hence maintaining high-quality products will help to safeguard consumers’ health as a result.

QC ensures that incoming raw materials and finished products meet specifications after testing are performed by trained personnel
Difference between QA and QC
QA is process-oriented, proactive, prevent defects from process improvement, and involves establishing and assessing the effectiveness of the management system
QC is product-oriented, reactive identify defects before product release, and involves activities and techniques used to achieve and maintain product quality.
