Task:
My goal was to demonstrates accountability for quality of own practice

Action:
before and after the group training: collects data on participants’ functional abilities in areas such as meal preparation, budgeting, and transportation. Based on the pre and post assessment findings, I can adjust/ refine the program curriculum in the future
For instance, if data reveals that clients still struggle with meal planning, additional sessions may be added to teach meal planning strategies and grocery shopping skills

Result:
By conducting regular assessments and evaluations of intervention outcomes for clients with ASD, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve functional outcomes.

Task:
My goal was to work with client and team members in quality improvement

Action:
1. Conduct client satisfaction surveys annually to gather insights into clients’ preferences, needs, feedbacks and areas for improvement, ensuring their voices are heard and valued in the quality improvement process

  1. Collaborate with clients to co-design interventions, programs, or environmental modifications
  2. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care issues, share best practices, and develop strategies for enhancing service delivery and outcomes.

Result:
Quality improved
