Human behaviour is not a simple response to stimuli, but depends on how the external world is understood

How is qualitative research more answer driven than method driven ?
A
The value of the answer is more important than the steps taken
- understanding and mean making

- when situations or people are special and can contribute to the development of theories
- when little research has been carried out
- Immediately changing things in the context of the research (radicalisation)
