How would you mx QTR?

A

Partial tears

  • immobilisation of knee joint
  • intensive rehab

Complete tear

  • tear at insertion point: longitudinal drill holes or suture anchors
  • intra-tendinous tears: end to end sutures
  • immobilised in brace postoperatively for 6 weeks
