- swelling after few hours

- solid in full extension

- mesical injury
- ACL + MCL tear

A
Injury to MCL, ACL, medial meniscus

What Ix would you roder for MCL tear?
A
- Imaging
- Radiograph - to exclude fracture
- MRI (gold standard)
