- Don O2 Mask
- Establish Comms
- Check Cabin alt & Rate
- If uncontrollable:
- Supp O2 On & hold 1 sec
- Descend to 14000 or MSA
- MCP ALT
- HDG Sel
- FLCH
- Thrust Idle
- Speed brake
- Speed Vmo/Mmo or if structural current speed
Aborted Engine Start
- Fuel Control Switch - Cutoff
Eng x AUTOSTART
- Fuel Control Switch - Cutoff
- Autostart did not start engine or
- FCS RUN at low engine RPM with autostart off
ENG Limit/Surge/Stall
- Thrust Leaver Retard until in limits or Idle
- Abnormal Indications
- Rapid approach limit or exceeds limit
- Abnormal noise or vibration
- No Response to Thrust lever movement or abnormal response
- Flames in engine inlet or exhaust
Eng Fire on Ground
Read & Do
Back Cover of QRH
Multi Eng Flameout or Stall
- CON Ignition (ERF)
- Fuel Control Switch OFF then RUN
- If EGT rapidly approach limit repeat
- Eng Flameout / Abnormal Indications / Exceed limits / Noises / No Response to Thrust Lever

Eng Separation
- Thrust Lever IDLE
- FCS CUTOFF
- Eng Fire Switch PULL
- If Fire msg shows ROTATE and hold 1 sec
- Bring up checklist for timer

- Autopilot DISSENGAGE
- A/T ARM switch OFF
- F/D Switches OFF
- Set:
Flaps extended 10 deg /9 0%N1
Flaps Up 4 deg / 80%N1 - Thrust Setting 5000’ MTOW
8F - 6.5 deg / 68.3% N1
ERF - 6.5 deg / 71.6% N1
Airspeed Low
Approach to Stall

Rejected Takeoff Reasons
Prior 80 kts:
- Master Caustion
- System Failure
- Noise / Vibration
- Tire Failure
- Slow acceleration
- take off config warning

Above 80 kts & Before V1:
- Fire
- Engine Failure
- Windshear
- Unsafe to fly
GPWS Caution
- Correct Flight Path / Configuration
*Terrain Caution Day & VMC
can continue approach if terrain positively identified.
* If in doubt GPWS Warning Actions
TA / RA
- Disconnect AP & AT
- Adjust pitch to follow RA
- Adjust Thrust to maintain speed
- Follow lateral path unless manoeuvre required to avoid
- Look out
In Landing Config
- Flaps 20
- Positive Rate Gear Up
Upset Recovery
