You’re an SO and the FO and other SO are watching inappropriate material on the bus, the bus driver can hear it, cabin crew may be able to hear it, what do you do?
You’re now the captain, the bus driver has pulled the bus over and explained to you that he has heard something inappropriate on the bus and is very upset and will be reporting it to their bus company
Assured the bus driver that you understand they are upset and what happened was inappropriate and apologize, this is unacceptable behaviour in our company etc
If bus driver is going to make a report to their company, you will need to report this to Flight Ops.
(NOTE: person taking the interview stressed its better things get dealt with by Flight Ops before taking it to HR)
You want Qantas to find out first from you not the bus company.
FO unapologetic. Person taking interview directly asked me at this point would you give the chat to the FO about this being inappropriate in front of the whole flight+cabin crew, or would you do this in a one-on-one environment maybe later at the hotel)
Include: if this chat didn’t go well include the use of standby crew.

1.Airspeed changes greater than 15kts
