bleeds 1 and 2 on (turn on as soon as each engine is started), de-ice pressure 18

control lock off, auto-feather on (ED), tank aux pumps on, stdby hyd on, ptu on, #3 hyd isolation open, check fwd & aft elevator movement, #3 hyd isolation back off, elevator check full up & right full left and back, fuel (min/onboard)

Before Takeoff Flow

“FAs please be seated for departure”, TCAS/Transponder on, Control lock, bleeds set per the release (usually min/on)
