It is important to establish visual contact with runway or runway lights at or before decision height because continue approach without visual contact is prohibited. If pilots unable to establish visual contact, they must perform go around procedure at decision height without delay.

4) There are psychologists and sniffer dogs help to detect suspicious passengers and prohibited items in some airports.
5) Also, cockpit door must be closed before boarding of passenger and stay closed during whole the flight.
6) In addition, Air Marshal must be put on the flight.

Re-routing is necessary in case of thunderstorm, military activity, turbulence and prohibited areas.
