Q

Why are boys more likely to get diseases?

A

The X chromosome is the carrier of diseases and since boys have XY chromosome, they have a 100% to get the disease since there is only one X chromosome unlike in girls (XX) who has two X chromosomes which means they have a 50/50% percent chance to either carry the disease and pass it to the next generation or get the disease
