A
- Introduce yourself, say you’re the pharmacist
- Severity of the problem
- Say how long this interaction will take

- Pretty much just introduce the patient’s case

What are key things to remember when talking to a HCP?
A
- Understand that they are busy and be sure to say this will only take a few moments
- Make it clear you are only inconveniencing them for the health of the patient
- Always repeat back what the HCP said to you to confirm that you understand what is going on.
