Grab with left hand frame assis handle in galley (waist level) for protect position

Hold on to frame assist strap with right hand (right side above head) let go
Life vest is under J/S to the right of asile
Protect postion grab frame assist handle with left hand at waist level
Quick relase slide by lifting flap inboard then pull handle right after “Stand back”
Assess then evacuate
