  • When I worked for the Springfield Public School District, I worked with the lead teacher, specialist, and other instructional assistants to meet the individual educational plans for the students.
  • We set up a system to work daily on meeting those goals, and we maintained open communication so that we could address any information needed to adjust our plan.
  • We were successful because we provided the children with the proper tools to continue to improve, and we saw vast improvement in their abilities.

  • My most recent accomplishment would be over-coming a fear.
  • Last year, I decided to surprise my boyfriend by taking him zip-lining.
  • I was apprehensive about it because I am afraid of heights, but it sounded adventurous.
  • As I watched each person before me go, my anxiety began to build.
  • By the time it was my turn, I felt panicked. I was so scared that I wanted to turn around and go back.
  • But, another part of me wanted to overcome my fear. I didn’t want to be held back because of it.
  • I was completely unnerved, but I was proud that I decided to continue on.
  • Now I know that even when I am scared, I can work through uncertainty and come out stronger.
