Historically, BH v fragmented

EMPLOYERS:
- collect provider and patient data, report on utiliz and quality, share any cut of data (utilz by state, common diagnosis code)

PLANS: high quality, large network, recruit out of network, true partner

MEMBERS: easy to find and book appt, underpinning tech helps get patient to care faster

PROVIDERS:
- make it easy to accept insurance, love us bc we reduce the admin burden
- built largest connective network (community)

A

3 areas:
1. embedded solution - in-network, no PMPM, employers already have this (best kept secret / get you credit)

  1. scale - 2/3x, locally dense mkts
  2. single tech platform we built - makes it really easy for members to find a provider and book real time, utiliz / quality data we can report back to you,

Since 2019, but we focused on building dense network, large enough to be of value to you
- often the best kept secret, so now we’re having convos like this to get the word out

Quality was rlly hard to track historically, solo practicioners
