Dedicated week for participants to complete training material.

They will alternative each week i.e., one week there will be a workshop, the following week there will be a drop-in session supporting that workshop

Most weeks where workshops are ran, there is room for 1 additional workshop

There will be newly created training material available

A pre-recorded artefact detailing the subject matter of that session for future reference
Regarding CO training schedule, can participants attend a workshop more than once?
Yes - all participants will have full visibility of all workshops in the event they wish to attend a workshop more than once.
What are the benefits of our CO training schedule?
- Allows more time for facilitators/trainers to incorporate/implement feedback for upcoming sessions.
- Allows scheduling of additional sessions if required.
- Personalised approach with focus on just the single training cohort.
- Opportunity to join workshop/intro session more than once.
Regarding CO training, we give two options for delegates to choose from for their CO support. What are they?
- We tentatively book in workshop 1+2 and provide a guided support model with follow up tailored division specific drop-in sessions (they need to help with dates and participants).
- CO Owners/delegates/etc. leverage all the newly created training material and complete CO profiling themselves and then choose to drop into division specific sessions.

What is our CO support comms plan (in brief)
- 3rd June - pre engagement comms to all DCO HO and 2nd Line Risk to provide context and request Delegates for attending info session
- 10th June - Comms to Delegates asking them to choose their induction session, and state expectation to review material
17th June - Send induction session invites to Delegates

- Attendance at induction session.
