Pumps Flashcards
What goes through P-6119’s?
7th S/C & Reflux
What goes through P-6120’s?
Residuum
What goes through P-6116’s
5th S/C & Reflux
Pumps 5th side cut to vacuum top as reflux
Hot Lt HDN feed to ISO 2 & ISO 1
Cold Lt HDN to Storage
What goes through P-6126?
Condensate Return
What goes through P-6170’s?
Effluent
What goes through P-6109’s?
Atmospheric Reflux
Pumps liquid hydrocarbon from D-6101 to the top of C-6101 as reflux
What goes through P-6150’s?
Atmospheric Overhead Wash Water
Pumps sour water from D-6101 (Reflux Drum) to C-6101 Overheads to help reduce corrosion
Excess water from D-6101 is routed on level control to D-6106 Seal Drum
What goes through P-6112’s?
Stabilizer Feed
Pumps liquid hydrocarbon from D-6102 to D-6104 (feed coalescer) to remove water from the stabilizer feed thenbheated by E-6135 before entering C-6104 (Stabilizer Column) between trays 17 &18.
What goes through P-6105?
1st S/C [HSR]
Pumps HSR from the base of C-6105 (Stripper Column) then is usually routed to HDS 1 as hot feed stock or through the E-6131 A/B fin fans to Storage
What goes through TP-6112 A?
Stabilizer Feed or HSR
What goes through P-6154’s?
2nd S/C Reflux
Pumps 2nd Side cut from C-6101 through E-6175 & E-6172B to be cool and then be returned to C-6101 at tray 36
What goes through P-6103’s?
3rd S/C Reflux
Pumps 3rd side cut (Diesel) from up stream of C-6107 (Stripper Column) back to C-6101 as circulating reflux at tray 26.
What goes through P-6106’s?
2nd S/C Jet
Pumps 2nd side cut from the base of C-6106 (Stripper Column) through E-6105, E-6170, & E-6132 fin fans to be cooled, then is routed to 18/22 Plant via 68 plant plot limit
What goes through P-6107’s?
3rd S/C Diesel
Pumps 3rd side cut from the base of the C-6107 (Stripper Column) through E-6114, E-6172A, E-6133 fin fans, to ISO 2 via hot or cold Lt HDN or RDS via Hvy HDN at 61 plant plot limit.
Also routed to 67 Plant, CHDN, or Storage via 68 plant plot limit
What goes through P-6115’s?
Reduced Crude
