Info IV Alarms
Engine Temperature 250 degrees
Oil Pressure Bellow 10 PSI
Volts bellow 11.9 and above 23.8
Pump Prime
- Used to prime the pump when there is no water in the pump
- Used to remove air from the pump when you have cavitation
- Use for 5 seconds to 45 seconds
- Utilizes a positive displacement rotary vein pump
TPM
Total Pressure Master
- Prevents a surge of pressure from being sent to hoselines
- Set a max of 10 PSI over your highest operating pressure
- Has to relief valves: Solid light relieving back to tank, Blinking light relieving back to the atmosphere from a 2 1/2 outlet
- Can be used from 75 PSI to 600 PSI
Typical Engine pumping RPM, VOLTS. Oil Pressure and Engine Temperature
1275 RPMs
Oil Pressure 36
Volt 15.6
Engine Temperature 194
Percentage we pump of Class A Foam?
Class B Foam?
Class A Foam .1% to 1%
Class B Foam 3% to 6%
Which Gauge is most accurate simple or compound gauge?
The compound gauge is most accurate
Recirculating line
3/4in line the recirculates water from the pump back into the tank to keep the pump cool
Engine Cooler
Cools engine by flowing water through a 14ft 3/8ths inch copper line that coils around the radiator
