Symptoms of Pulmonary Hypertension
A
- Dyspnoea
- Fatigue
- Exertional chest pain
- Exertional syncope
- Weight gain from Oedema from RV failure
- Anorexia
- Abdominal pain in RUQ (passive hepatic congestion)

Examination findings of Pulmonary Hypertension
A
- Increased intensity of pulmonic component of second heart sound
- RVF
- ^ JVP, R-sided third or fourth heart sound. Lef parasternal heave. Wide splitting of second heart sound.
- Holosystolic murmur of tricuspid regurgitation.
