A

Cancer: clubbing, lymphadenopathy, mastectomy (breast cancer common cause)
CCF: raised JVP
CLD: leuconychia, spider naevi, gynaecomastia
CKD: AV fistula
CTD: rheumatoid hands, SLE butterfly rash
