What is the PT Experience
PT experience encompasses the range of interactions that patients have with the healthcare system, including their care from health plans and from doctors, nurses, and staff in hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare facilities.
Pt experience- is something that should have happened actually happened

The degree to which individuals have the capacity to obtain, process, and understand basic health information and services needed to make appropriate health decisions
