  • Persecution: people are conspiring against them
  • Grandeur: they are a higher deity, or have special abilities
  • Reference: something or someone is having a conversation with
    them
  • Erotomania: belief that someone is in love with you despite the contrary
  • Somatic: something is wrong with them health-wise.
  • Nihilistic: the end of the world is imminent or that nothing
    really exists or is real.
  • Bizarre vs Non-bizarre: something that is plausible vs something that is not plausible
