A sudden loss of memory or identity
Dissociative disorders
Inability to recall important autobiographical information
- typically related to a traumatic event
Dissociative amnesia
Disruption of identity characterized by two or more distinct personality states
- formerly multiple personality disorder
Dissociative identity disorder
