Mindfulness, Meditation and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is being present in the moment whilst observing thoughts and feelings without judgment.
What is Meditation?
Meditation is a practice of focused attention or awareness.
What is Positive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)?
It focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
What is Mental Health?
Mental Health is a state of wellbeing which allow people to cope with life’s challenges and contribute to their community.
