  • Cold, rejecting and family characterized by tension/secrecy.
  • Leads to distrust that develops into paranoid delusions.

A

The cognitive ability to reflect on thoughts/behaviour. It leads to obvious hallucinations of voice/ paranoid delusions, as if someone else is in charge

A
