Tx for anorexia?
psychotherapy nutrition, fluids K, Mg, Ca, Na replaced dietition physio SSRIs
what is amenorrhoea?
when carb metabolism rapidly increases
P, Mg and thiamine are depleted
features of bulimia nervosa?
binging low self esteem dental erosion russel's sign reflux misuse of meds arrythmias
features of substance dependence?
drug seeking behaviour relief use (what time) cravings higher tolerance neglect of alterate pleasures use despite clear harm withdrawal state
what is the antidote for opiods?
naloxone
what drugs are given for acute withdrawal?
benzos
loperamide
fluids

what is wernicke’s?
